• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• Your account will be downgraded to the free plan

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nodeably and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service.

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodeably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nodeably operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
